Today I’m kicking off my own personal 24 day challenge. Most fitness challenges usually are weight loss but I’m flipping the script and actually want to pack on some ;) I plan on doing this by taking the AdvoCare Performance Elite line. Muscle Gain, Post Recovery, Muscle Strength, O2Gold, NightTime Recovery, Mass Impact, L Arginine, just to name a few. Yes that would seem EX$pen$$IVE to do, but I’m an advisor in the company, so I get 40% off my products for life, so it’s really affordable… back to the challenge details.. The Goal is to add lean muscle, drop body fat % in the measurable statistics as well as prove to myself I can dedicate 24 days to a fitness goal. one of my favorite CrossFit pics ever… KP and I just crushed the DL/ Box jump wod, scoring the 2nd fastest time in the Region #2011. What this pic doesn’t show is that my superstar teammate and I had less then 10minutes to warmup for this burner of a workout. But that didn’t stop us from crushing it. I do believe I lost my breakfast shortly after finishing my part. SO for all you athletes competing in the Open this year, Kick ass and have some fun while you are doing it!
